Individual therapy SERVICES & Fee
I provide individual therapy services to adults (18-years-old and above). I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and grief and loss, and also work with individuals coping with: depression, adjustment and life transitions, relationship concerns (i.e., family, romantic partner, friendships), identity development concerns, developmental issues associated with emerging adulthood, and women’s issues.
Individual Therapy Session: $180 per 50-minute session
I currently offer both Telehealth and in-person services.

Methods of Payment
Lyra Health
Apart from Lyra Health, Inc. (please see below), I am a fee-for-service provider and do not accept insurance reimbursements. As an out-of-network provider, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your personal policy.
Accepted forms of payment include: Major Credit Cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), HSA Debit/Credit Cards, Cash, or Check.
Telehealth sessions will require payment via Credit/Debit Card.
I am an independent contractor for Lyra Health, Inc. (“Lyra”). Therefore, if you hold a policy through Lyra, you may elect to utilize your benefits through Lyra for services covered under your policy. If your plan requires you to pay out-of-pocket for services, you will be charged the contracted amount that Lyra designates. Please make sure to contact Lyra with any questions about your benefits.
Please note: I must provide brief information about your presenting concern(s) (e.g., "Trauma") when submitting your claim to Lyra.

To schedule an intake appointment, please call Dr. Kelsey Walsh at 480-442-3062.
I see clients Monday though Thursday and offer in person and Telehealth appointments from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and a Telehealth only appointment at 6:00 pm.
